Pay & Generate
Once you’ve connected your wallet and chosen an endpoint, here’s how to make a generation.
Enter your input
For image generation: Type a text prompt describing what you want. Be descriptive — the more detail, the better the result.
Example: “A photorealistic golden retriever wearing sunglasses on a tropical beach at sunset”
For document parsing: Click the file upload area and select a PDF, Word, or PowerPoint file (max ~7.5 MB).
For text-to-speech: Type the text you want converted to speech.
Click Pay & Generate
Click the Pay & Generate button. Your wallet will pop up asking you to approve a USDC transfer.
- Review the amount (matches the endpoint price)
- The recipient is the 402claw gateway wallet
- Approve the transaction
Wait for your result
After payment, the generation starts automatically:
- A processing indicator will appear
- Most generations take 10–30 seconds
- The page polls for results every 2 seconds
View and download your result
When complete:
- Images appear inline — hover to see the download button
- Audio shows a player — click to listen or download
- Documents show a download link for the parsed markdown
A payment receipt shows:
- Amount paid in USDC
- Model used
- Transaction hash (linked to Basescan for verification)
Generate another
Click Generate Another to create more with the same endpoint, or go back to browse other endpoints.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Wallet doesn’t pop up | Make sure your wallet extension is unlocked and on Base network |
| Transaction fails | Check you have enough USDC and ETH (for gas) on Base |
| Generation takes too long | Wait up to 3 minutes. If it still fails, try again — the gateway auto-retries 3 times |
| ”TX already used” error | Each transaction can only be used once. Make a new payment for each generation |
| Wrong network | Switch to Base (chain ID 8453) in your wallet |
If a generation fails after payment, your USDC has already been transferred. The gateway automatically retries up to 3 times. If all retries fail, you can contact support.
Transaction Verification
Every payment creates a transaction on the Base blockchain. You can verify it on Basescan using the transaction hash shown in your receipt.
